What teams ask before they start
How does a Pro receive work?
Once onboarding and training are complete, requests are sent to the Pro. A Pro who is available accepts the request and runs the project.
Can Pros and clients use it after an LSP subscribes?
An LSP subscription comes with a dedicated domain. The Pros and clients you work with join that workspace and run projects there.
Can we bring data over from our current system?
Projects kept in spreadsheets come across through Smart Import. If you need projects created automatically from another system, an integration API and templates are available.
How far does customization go?
We hold a separate session to work out which capabilities you need and help you optimize around them.
